After speaking to some other seasoned grill masters we learned that we had to invest in a brush and baste set.

After some research on silicone products we started looking for a non-silicone based brush and baste set and settled for the Progressive International Brush and Baste Set. You’ll have to look quite hard as even stores like Amazon frequently run out and end up selling the silicone based brush set.
